Warranty

We pride ourselves in creating products that stand the test of time. Our products are crafted with extreme precision and are subject to comprehensive testing. Therefore, we are proud to offer a 24 months movement warranty for all THAWANI watch movements - if anything does go wrong then we’ll be happy to repair or replace it. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. any color change, or scratches made to any parts of the watch).
• Any damage from accidents, abnormal use or incorrect use of the watch. This includes damage to the movement.
• The watch being opened, altered or repaired by a non-authorized person.
